The distribution of products is established for the geographical area of Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and Andorra. Orders to be delivered in Andorra are subject to special customs conditions. Moteco Rental reserves the right to eliminate or incorporate products without prior notice. The photographs shown are for guidance only and do not represent a contract at the time of purchase. Unless expressly indicated, the price of the compositions and furniture displayed on the website does not include accessories, lights, mattresses, mattress bases or decorative items. The device from which the products are displayed may show slight variations in tone and color compared to those received, especially if the furniture is made with natural raw materials (leather, marble, fabrics) or from orders from different suppliers or not made at the same time.

We cannot be held responsible for errors made when selecting a size or combination of modules. All products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or in packaging specifically adapted by Moteco Rental. The color of all products can be visualized in the product image. There may be color variations with respect to reality due to the color display of your screen and depending on the settings of the same. We will not be able to accept returns due to the color not being exactly the same as you expected. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory or shipping problems or if it is defective.

Prices and availability

Prices are expressed in EUROS, taxes included, and do not include shipping costs, unless expressly indicated on the specific product. The prices shown may be revised and modified if conditions require it at any time. Products are available for sale while stocks last. Moteco Rental reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced according to conditions and rates in force at the time the order is registered and subject to availability on that date. The automatic order confirmation does not validate erroneous pricing conditions.

When detecting that an error has been made in the introduction of the price of an article after the reception of an order, we will inform as soon as possible of the incidence to offer the option of cancellation or maintenance in the correct conditions. Without the express conformity to the correct price conditions, we will not proceed with the shipment. The customer accepts that Moteco Rental will accept his order according to the available stocks and will do everything possible to respond to any order.

In the event that a product is not available after confirming the order and after the closing of the corresponding sale, the customer will be informed of the partial delivery of his order or the cancellation of the order. In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded according to the method of payment made by the customer or by transfer. In the sale of products through promotions, customers may only request them during the period of validity of the offer and once its term is over or having exhausted their stock, they will no longer be on sale.
